JOURNEY BEGINS

MAY BE IT IS A FUTILE ATTEMPT TO GET ONE'S MUCH SOUGHT FOR DESIRE OF GETTING JUSTICE FULFILLED AND TO TELL FRIENDS,SOCIETY & ONE'S OWN COMING GENERATIONS ABOUT FALSE & BASELESS ALLEGATIONS WHICH NOT ONLY RUINED HIS OTHERWISE UNBLEMISHED,SPOTLESS & EXCELLENT SERVICE RECORD BUT ALSO PREVENTED TO GET BENEFITS DIRECTED BY HON'BLE COURT; OR
MAY BE IT IS AN EYE OPENER ACCOUNT FOR HONEST,IMPARTIAL AND LAW ABIDING PEOPLE OF FREE DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES LIKE INDIA WHO HAVE STRONG FAITH IN NATION'S JUDICIAL SYSTEM BUT ARE UNAWARE OF TRICKERIES , FOUL PLAYS,LONG DELAYS & SOMETIMES INCIDENCES OF CORRUPTIONS- ENCOUNTERED IN PROCESS OF GETTING JUSTICE -STRONG ENOUGH TO RUIN ONE'S REPUTATION,MENTAL PEACE,SOCIAL LIFE;OR
MAY BE IT IS JUST AN ACCOUNT OF A JOURNEY,NOW ALMOST BEING COMPLETED.......

BUT LET US START FROM BEGINNING.
< @ >

CITY : JHANSI ,UP-INDIA , AREA : JACKAL SQUARE-RAILWAY COLONY (As it was called in those times), PLACE : TILE-ROOFED BANGLOW OF A MAIL/EXPRESS TRAIN DRIVER , DATE :26th MONTH :FEBRUARY , YEAR : WHO CARES ? AND WHY SHOULD ONE CARE? ,BUT IT IS FOR SURE THAT INDIA'S RECENTLY OBTAINED INDEPENDENCE TOOK A SHAPE THAT VERY YEAR, INCIDENT: A LIFE COMES INTO EXISTENCE, A journey begins...
That is arrival of a character on world-stage. To be called ALOK SAKSENA son of Mr.Narayan Prasad , originally from Rajgarh(Bio),and at that time serving on the post of Senior judicial officer -perhaps equivalent to that of District Judge at Alipura in Bundelkhand area of Central India.
Alipura was a very small State (Riyasat or Jageer) under British Rule at the time of Nation's Independence. In free country, Mr.Narayan Prasad's Alipura-service was not taken into account on the ground that State Chief (His Highness,The Rao Saheb of Alipura) was not authorized to appoint a District Judge and as such he(Mr.Narayan Prasad) was absorbed on a very lower rank of Judicial Officer in newly formed province of Vindhya Pradesh in Central India.Though,as I recollect from my childhood memoirs of narrations and comments of many high profile family visitors, several other Civil Service personnels of erstwhile Alipura State or Jageer succeeded in getting themselves absorbed on much upper grade posts under new Government,my father - a man of deep artistic and cultural aptitude and a renowned urdu poet, perhaps was not skilled enough in getting things done in his favor by hook & crook.Perhaps,he did no more to pursue the matter beyond presenting several representations to Hon'ble Chief Judicial Commissioner, the then head of Judicial Administration in Rewa, the State-Capital.
In pre-independence era,Jhansi was a big Railway Junction in that region and therefore a developed town having all the medical facilities available in those days, whereas Alipura (Near Nowgaong,on Jhansi-Manikpur railway line ) was a very small town.Coincidently,Mr.Madan Murari Lal - who was son of eldest brother of Ms.Janki or Kusum wife of Narayan Prasad - was posted in Jhansi as Train Driver. So,when in Alipura Ms.Janki was expecting a child, it was settled that when time of delivery arrives,Ms.Janki will be shifted to Jhansi. ....And thus the land - which produced FREE SOULS ,the land where they fought for justice to the end of their lives and the land where Noble queen Laxmibai once battled with mighty English for Rights & Freedom - was chosen for one more life to begin the journey on this earth.
